The professional staff of Mincin Patel Milano, Inc. has design experience with a wide variety of building structural systems including multi-story cast-in-place concrete residential and medical facilities, precast concrete parking garages, masonry wall bearing residential, commercial and health care structures, steel framed structures of all types, and multi-story lightgauge metal framed and wood framed residential and health care buildings. The firm maintains a complete up-to-date technical library for each of the various structural systems, and the firm’s library of computer software contains state-of-the-art analysis and design programs for a wide variety of structural systems and materials. In addition to design software, Mincin Patel Milano, Inc. has CAD (Computer Aided Drafting) capabilities and maintains an extensive database of proven structural details to facilitate efficient preparation of contract drawings. Mincin Patel Milano, Inc. has a reputation of providing responsive and personal service to their clients. The primary focus of the firm is consultation, providing accurate advice and objective evaluations through each phase of each project. Each project is managed by one of the principals and at least one other principal is familiar with each project through quality control reviews and day-to-day discussions relative to the project. In addition to quality control reviews at predetermined stages during the design phases, the use of in-house checklists insures a quality product during both the design and construction administration phases.
